Can Interest Rates Only Go Up?

Freddie Mac just released information showing that interest rates have reached a new 50-year low. Though interest rates have historically reached lower points (ie. 1900-1920 and 1935-1955), it's hard to imagine them plummeting any further. Market analysts are expecting interest rates to start climbing again and, in preparation for such a climb, many of our past clients at the Hallmark Realty Group in Richmond, Virginia have looked at refinancing their homes while new clients have been coming in droves to lock in their lowest possible rates.
